At Mirabella at ASU, you’ll find a higher degree of retirement living. Your new major is called: having the time of your life.
Glad you asked. We organized our fees so you get the most bang for your buck. Below we’ve broken down our pricing structure and fees.
After you choose your apartment at Mirabella at ASU, you will sign a reservation deposit agreement. You will then make a deposit of $10,000. This amount is applied toward your entrance fee and is fully refundable should you not proceed.
Your entrance fee is a one-time cost that you pay when you first move in. The amount will vary based on the apartment you choose. You will be asked to sign the Residence and Care Agreement outlining the contract between you and Mirabella at ASU. The entrance fee and monthly fee together provide you with lifetime use of your apartment as well as access to Assisted Living, Memory Support, and short- and long-term Skilled Nursing Care.
The Residence and Care Agreement will state the date that your residence will be ready for occupancy. At that time, your final entrance fee payment is due and your monthly fees will begin.
Mirabella at ASU offers an 80% refundable entrance fee, which entitles you to a repayment equal to 80% of your entrance fee should you leave the community for any reason. See your Residence and Care Agreement for more information.
The monthly fee is based on the floor plan size and style of the apartment home you choose as well as the number of people living in the apartment. As you move through the continuum of care at Mirabella at ASU, your monthly fee will be adjusted accordingly.
